I had a severe headache / migraine (I know) and I felt bad at the end of the day. After waking up I have a headache, but somehow I feel a little 'bad (not much). Is this normal?
I suffer from frequent headaches, which usually have a sensitivity to light and sound, nausea and / or vomiting.
Can I take the medication as usual, that's what works for me (please consult with your personal physician before taking) any medicine.
I take two Extra Strength Tylenol, and ibuprofen 600 mg, with a large glass of water and then lay down with a bag of ice in a dark room, quiet room. For the nausea, the doctor may prescribe an antiemetic, or you can simply try something like Dramamine - which is over-the-counter anti-emetic.
If these tips help your headache, great. But if they continue or worsen, please consult your doctor.
