Migraine Headaches And These Symptoms Now What Would You Do?

Symptoms of migraine and that now, what would you do?
Okay, I go to doc, but if you have an experience here I would like to thank to enter, so in advance for your time.
I have a headache, but lately I have added more than usual and my head is bad all day. . . is not always a headache feels, feels like a vise grip from around my head, the temple, the underside of the head and now he goes down into the throat. If I put too much pressure is bad the train, I want to hear my own pulse in my head, but their pitching instead of feeling normal. . . . Pressure, etc.
Are in line for a CT scan today but do not know if this is normal not to hear the doctors feel, and I will be worried.
I have a doctor in almost five years and have 4 visits in a month now and I think my doctor is the plaster is fear, but who knows.
Any experience with this type of headache? and what is your advice, just curious if others have gone over them.

Wld def i go ur doc and get the TAC made. my hubby to get migraines as a child and then disappeared. Then, from nowhere, was hit by a mths few years ago. Could barely speak and was in a lot of pain. He literally could not move from bed. It 'was very frightening to see. doc looking for a good deal 'of different drugs prescribed. I think the thing with migraines is pungent in the bud visual disturbances before - the zig zag and all.
